Single family residence options are also available in Old Town Scottsdale. The high end Apache Estates offers luxury single family homes on large lots, with the homes ranging from 3,900 to over 6,000 square feet. The Trails at Scottsdale was developed by Lennar Homes starting in 1983, and offers both patio homes as well as single family homes. Scottsdale Highlands Estates 02 and 03 have approximately 110 single family homes ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to approximately 2,000 square feet.
The condos in the guard-gated Scottsdale Shadows, with its private 9-hole golf course (free to members), are perfect for golf lovers. Previously a retirement age community, this resort style community is now open to those of all ages.
