Shea Corridor West, on this map area, is bounded by Cactus Road to the north and Shea Boulevard to the south, stretching east from Tatum Boulevard to Scottsdale Road. This sliver of central Scottsdale rests between North Scottsdale and downtown Scottsdale, and is home to several established neighborhoods. Many of the neighborhoods within this area feature single-family homes primarily between 1970 and 2002, are situated on large lots, and are set back from the street with large front yards. Some of these neighborhoods include Orangetree Manor, Orangetree Estates, Pima Crossing, Desert Hills North, North Scottsdale Estates, Tatum Garden Estates, Paradise Green, among others.
